Please note that the testnet will undergo frequent updates and is not Final until release on mainnet. Failing to update to the latest testnet version may result in issues or disruptions.
If you need some testnet FIRO, you can utilize the faucet or join our Telegram/Discord group and ask for some!
How to use Testnet
- Download the testnet binaries from the Github release page.
- Extract to a new directory.
- Open Command Prompt or Terminal and navigate to the same directory
- Start Firo Qt with the testnet flag. Example:
./firo-qt -testnet
Note: Please backup your mainnet wallet.dat BEFORE testing testnet!!!
We will NOT be responsible for any wallet corruption.
Spark Names Fee Structure
- One character: 1000 FIRO/year
- Two characters: 100 FIRO/year
- 3-5 characters: 10 FIRO/year
- 6 characters and above: 1 FIRO/year
